Course websites

A site whose rates are never wrong

The parts of a course website that always go stale — rates, hours, events, availability — read live from the system the pro shop works in. Everything else is a drag-and-drop builder your own staff can use, on your own domain.

No email address required for the preview. It builds from public information and is clearly labelled as a preview, not a live course.

The difference

A website that is part of the operating system, not a brochure beside it

A normal course website is a copy of your information that starts decaying the day it launches. This one is a view of your information.

Live rates
Green fees and rate rules render from the same configuration the tee sheet prices from. Change a rate once.
Live availability
Book-now shows real open slots. There is no widget, no sync interval and no second inventory to drift.
Live events
League nights, outings and clinics appear because they exist in the system, and disappear when they are over.

The builder

Your staff can change the homepage before the shop opens

Sections drag into place, content edits in the page, and publishing takes a click. The point is not that building a website is impressive — it is that the person who knows the rate changed on Monday can fix the site on Monday, without a quote from an agency and a three-day wait.

Sections and templates
Start from a course layout and rearrange it. Nothing about the result requires knowing HTML.
Your domain, your canonical
The site serves from your domain and canonicalises there, so search credit accrues to your course.
Mobile is a first-class layout
Most golfers reach the site on a phone, so the mobile composition is designed rather than a shrunken desktop.

Migrating an existing site

Moving a course website is mostly about domains, redirects and not losing search positions. That work is part of implementation, and the plan is written down before anything is pointed at a new host.

Photography and content

Aced provides the system, not a photo shoot. Courses that want new photography or rewritten copy usually bring their own, and we build around it. We would rather say so than let “website included” imply a creative service that is not in scope.

Your own domain

The rates on your website are the rates in your system

Because it is the same system. Hours, rates, events and live availability read straight from the platform, so the page a golfer lands on cannot quietly go a season out of date.

Website questions

Who owns the domain?

You do. The site runs on your own domain, and the canonical URL of every page is that domain rather than an Aced address, so search engines credit your course. If you leave, the domain is yours to point elsewhere — it was never registered to us.

Who edits the content?

Anyone on your staff with the right permission, in a drag-and-drop builder. There is no ticket to raise and no web agency in the loop for changing a rate, adding an event or updating hours.

Why do the rates never go out of date?

Because they are not typed into the website. Rates, hours, events and tee-time availability read live from the same system the pro shop works in, so the page is correct for the same reason the tee sheet is correct.

What happens to messages from the site?

Contact-form submissions land in your Messages inbox inside Aced, alongside the rest of your customer communication, rather than in a forwarding address nobody checks.

Is the preview site a real customer's course?

No. The instant preview builds a demonstration site for the course you name, using public information, and it is labelled as a preview. Nothing on this marketing site is presented as a live customer property without that customer's permission.

Type your course name and look at it

The preview builds a working site for your course in about a minute, from public information, with no email address required.
