The golfer portal

Where golfers see tee times, balances, purchases, and their own game.

Every course's booking page links to My account — the golfer portal — and every public website now carries a Sign in button in the navigation (and a "My account" link in the footer), so customers always have a clear, secure door to their own data at *this* business. Accounts are per business: your login at the golf course shows your golf life; the same email at a coffee shop shows that shop's account.

Creating an account

The flow meets people where they are:

  • Brand new — name, email, password. A verification email arrives; opening the link on any device verifies and signs them in.
  • Existing customer, first login — if the email or phone matches a customer record you already have, they just set a password and their history is waiting for them: profile, store credit, everything.

What's inside

  • Your events — every event sign-up made with the account's email or profile: status (confirmed / waitlist), the check-in code, a pay button when an entry fee is owed online, add-to-calendar, and self-service cancel. A sign-up typed on the public site lands here automatically.
  • Upcoming tee times — with self-service cancel, which puts the slot straight back on sale.
  • At a glance — member-since, rounds or visits, and lifetime spend.
  • Balances — store credit, house account, memberships and installment status.
  • Purchases — receipts from the register.
  • My Golf & The Lab — if the course enables it: their rounds, scores, and full stats, without leaving the portal's world.

Password resets

"Forgot password" sends a reset link. Opening it signs them in on that device and asks for a new password right there — no codes to copy, no loops.

Tip for staff: a golfer who says "the verify email did nothing" almost certainly has an expired link — the portal now says so explicitly and re-sends a fresh one from the sign-in screen.
